Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry or communicate with us, you may provide your full name, phone number, email address, and form responses such as your role, your answer to the years question, your requested weekly income-protection amount, and a secret word. We also handle information needed to respond to your inquiry and manage related appointments. If you choose to receive text messages, we may keep records of your consent, the messages covered by it, and any opt-out.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to respond to an income-protection inquiry, answer questions using approved information, arrange a conversation with an agent, schedule or manage an appointment, and send related reminders or rescheduling and cancellation updates. If you agree to follow-up messages, we may also send relevant promotional follow-up. Our customer relationship management, phone, and messaging providers may process information for us only as needed to operate and support these services.

SMS Opt-In and Consent

We send text messages only when you have affirmatively agreed to the type of messages at issue and your number is not opted out. Providing a phone number by itself is not permission to receive SMS. We use consent records to document the permission given, its scope, and any opt-out. We send a follow-up check-in no more than once per calendar day and only after you agree to follow-up; we do not send an additional no-response text sequence. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.

Cookies and Tracking

On October 19, 2026, the GHL cookie-consent banner was off, and the GHL site-wide and policy-page tracking-code fields we inspected were blank. Those checks do not inventory cookies or scripts supplied by HighLevel or added through other tools, so we cannot identify every cookie or tracking technology from those settings alone. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect some website features.

Data Security

For information stored in HighLevel, HighLevel states that data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or 1.3 and that platform data stored at rest uses AES-256 encryption. This describes HighLevel's platform only. We have not verified the security controls used by other service providers or systems outside HighLevel. Your Choices and Rights

Reply STOP to withdraw SMS permission and stop text messages. You may also contact getchildsafeprogram@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about you or to request access, an update or correction, or deletion. We will review your request and respond as required by applicable law.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Information

We do not sell SMS opt-in information or share text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All other sharing categories exclude SMS opt-in data and consent. Customer service, CRM, phone, and messaging subcontractors may process information only as needed to provide or support these services on our behalf; they may not use SMS opt-in information to market their own or other agencies' services.
