SMS Program Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to text messages from Child Safe Program about an income-protection inquiry and related appointments.
SMS Program and Use Cases
If you affirmatively agree to receive text messages, Child Safe Program may send messages to respond to your income-protection inquiry, answer questions, provide relevant promotional follow-up, coordinate appointment scheduling, send appointment reminders, and provide rescheduling or cancellation updates. An agent may call and share a Zoom link before your scheduled conversation. Messages coordinate your inquiry and appointment; they are not insurance advice and do not promise coverage, eligibility, approval, or benefits.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointment activity. If you agree to follow-up, we may send no more than one check-in per calendar day. For a booked appointment, we may send a reminder approximately 60 minutes before the scheduled time.
Opt Out—Text STOP
You may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we will stop sending SMS messages covered by that opt-out, except for any message needed to confirm your request.
